Hi Joyce. This is Dan from the Technical Support Department here at VenMill Industries. I am sorry to see that you are having an issue with your Elite 60 unit. When you say the wheel is not aligning, does this mean that there is no movement on the main motor? Is the machine giving any error codes? If you could provide me with more information, I should be able to provide you with a solution. If you would like to contact me directly please either call me at 800-928-0090 or email me at Dan.Stlaure

We have an Elite 60. The cleaning solution from the cartridge does not spray high enough to reach the surface of the disks. (same problem on two cartridges in a row).

The store I work at has a VMI3500. The problem I am encountering is that the part of the machine that is connected to the buffer pads is slightly leaned back and because of this the buff pads are not able go down far enough to apply a proper buffing. It can do a very very light polishing job, but anything beyond a very light scratch remains. We have another VMI3500 that can then take the scratches off that the other could not, so I know it's not that the discs are too deeply scratched. Is there

I was wondering, what is the difference between the VMI3500 and VMA3500a?

Hello Louis.Thank you for contacting us in regards to a question you had about the VMI 3500. I apologize, but I am not sure what you are referencing when you say: "VMA3500a". Can you please tell me where you saw this? There are only two different style VMI 3500 machines. The North American model, is the VMI 3500 and the International model, is the VMI 3550i.
