Company Introduces New Disc Repair Option to Existing Product Lineup;
Offering a 100% Total Solution.

VenMill Industries Inc. has introduced the first dry disc sanding machine that contains no water, chemicals, or conventional sand paper. In comparison to existing sanding repair options, the new WorkMate™ Disc Pre-Sander repairs up to 20x faster, equipment supplies last 10x longer, and repair cost are up to 5x times less expensive. The new process and numbers equate to a more environmental, user, and wallet friendly machine.

VenMill, which is the leading developer and manufacture of disc repair and maintenance products and equipment, globally services the industrial, commercial, and pro-sumer segments such as Game Stores, Buy/Sell/Trade, Kiosks, Libraries, Educational and Governmental Institutions, disc rentailers/retailers, and professional disc users. Current products include the VMI 3500 Buffer, Elite 60, and Skip-Away Pro all using VenMill patented OptoClear™ process. The OptoClear™ process allows 95% of scratched discs to be repaired without adding or removing material from the disc. This type of technology allows discs to be repaired an unlimited amount of time benefiting those who have discs being handled and mistreated constantly, and in turn keeping them in circulation/use, while keeping them out of landfills.

The WorkMate™ will enable customers to achieve and offer a 100% disc repair solution by targeting the 5% remainder of highly scratched discs. (These numbers exclude broken discs)
