Here’s the Guarantee! Each disc is tested for playability. If any of your discs remain unplayable then you will not be charged for that disc. Some discs need to be resurfaced due to surface scratches. Unfortunately home disc repair kits and existing harsh abrasive disc repair solutions are either not enough or too intrusive, intensive, and fatal for the disc. VenMill now offers in-house repairs for your scratched discs. With our new internal state-of-the-art industrial resurfacing machine (not yet available to the public) we can guarantee you 100% disc repair*.

* Cracked, warped, or delaminated discs cannot be repaired; permanent damage has occurred. At this time Blu-Ray discs are limited to cleaning due to the nature of the disc.

Instructions on how to send in your discs to VenMill for repair

Contact VenMill to receive your pre-paid postage box that you will need to assemble to fit the appropriate quantity of discs that you are shipping to VenMill Industries.

Remove your scratched discs from any type of case or holder. Make sure that you do not include any cracked, warped, or delaminated discs. Discs damaged like this are not able to be repaired. At this time Blu-ray discs can only be cleaned due to the nature of the disc. Send only raw discs in mailer. Please do not use any cases, plastic, tape, bubble wrap, etc.

Please note that rush options are available for additional charges. You can find that information on the “In-house disc repair form” (CLICK HERE). You can receive a price break if you send 20 or more discs in. Understand that the minimum you can ship in is 10 discs and the maximum is 30. If you would like to receive more then just one box with your next shipment please indicate that on the form.

Fill out the “In-house disc repair form” (CLICK HERE) also enclosed. It is important that all information is included and read over carefully. Now take your scratched discs and completed signed form and place both within the pre-paid postage box. Seal the box.

Place shipment into the mail.

VenMill will now take your discs and repair them. All discs will be verified for playability before shipping back. Any discs that are not playable will not be charged to you. Standard turn-around time is 5 business days not including shipping times. Please see form for rush options.
