When submitting a support request, please be sure to include the following information:

✧ The serial number of the machine, if possible. This will help the technician to identify if your machine is warranty and any details specific to the build series of your equipment.

✧ detailed description of the problem including any steps you have already taken to try to resolve the issue.

✧ Your phone number and the best time to get in touch with you, if you would prefer a call rather than an email.

✧ Optional: A photo, if you'd like the technician to see the problem you're describing. 

    Our office is staffed Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm Eastern. We respond to all support requests as quickly as possible and within one business day. Thank you for your patience!
